The idea: A platformer/brawler starring a superhero who fights crime with and only with his wang. His hands would remain on his hips the entire time, with the penis doing all the grunt work. Grabbing things, clubbing fools, you know the drill! Players would be able to dish out a series of simple one button combos with the penis, jabbing left and right in a rather unique way.
However, because of those MYSTERIOUS BETA RAYS, Commander Cock is having trouble keeping it up. The penis is always getting more and more limp, and the player would need to find ways to maintain stiffness during the stages. Here, A limp penis leaves one completely defenseless. The harder the penis, the wider array of attacks that are open to the player.
Between stages, Commander Cock and Doctor Science would host a short educational presentation for the youngins, discussing erectile dysfunction. What causes it, what can be done about it, and clearing up any false rumors about the condition.
Oh, and there would be at least one flying level. With cock lasers. That sort of thing is mandatory with a concept like this, you know.
