I'm working in small side project for Android that contains a pooping scene with some partial nudity of an ass.

This screenshot contains all the "nudity" and coprology that my game is going to show:

According with Google Play policy:

https://play.google.com/about/restricted-content/inappropriate-content/#!?zippy_activeEl=sexual-content#sexual-content

Quote
We don't allow apps that contain or promote sexual content, such as pornography, or any content or services intended to be sexually gratifying. Content that contains nudity may be allowed if the primary purpose is educational, documentary, scientific or artistic, and is not gratuitous.
Here are some examples of common violations:

Depictions of nudity in which the subject is nude or minimally clothed, and where the clothing would not be acceptable in an appropriate public context.
Depictions, animations or illustrations of sex acts or sexually suggestive poses.
Content that depicts sexual aids and fetishes.
Content that is lewd or profane.
Content that depicts, describes, or encourages bestiality.
Apps that promote sex-related entertainment, escort services or other services that may be interpreted as providing sexual acts in exchange for compensation.

I think my game doesn't conflict with any of the points, but also the copy is a bit ambiguous and my sexual morals are different.

What do you think? Will Google Play ban my game?

I feel like you can make a pretty good argument that that image falls under the "artistic" and "not gratuitous" clauses. My impression of wording like this is that it's left up to the individual reviewer's personal judgement. My personal judgement would say that that's a very tame image and is unlikely to raise any issues. Be prepared for the possibility that you get someone with stricter standards, though.

Thanks!

I think I will take the risk and go ahead.
