[Collab] Looking for 3D artist and game level designer

Hi I am a programmer. I'm currently developing an action isekai JRPG game with anime style.

Developing a game like this, is very heavy work for a single person and I am looking for collaboration with a 3D artist to make anime characters and a level designer for the environments.
