Facebook page for AcroGames is up!In there, you will find information regarding f.ex. The Finnish War, Steam release and Remote Play, and future projects... one of which is currently in-development. Finally, Steam version is all set for launch! That will be officially on 18.3.22.Steam version will include Remote Play together with friends. Those who purchased the game on itch.io will be distributed Steam Keys for the game. https://acrogames.itch.io/the-finnish-warSoon it's off to new challenges with AcroGames, as we're nearing the home stretch with this project!

More on Remote Play for The Finnish War!The Finnish War on Steam includes Remote Play Together. For those unfamiliar with it, basically: Using Remote Play Together, the host (owner of the game) streams video, audio, and voice from the game to the players they've invited to Remote Play it. The host also then shares his/her keyboard and mouse with the friends, basically enabling them to play the game through 'your computer' without having to own it themselves. It's very simple to set up - launch the game, and invite any of your Steam friends to play it through the client. The keyboard/mouse sharing capabilities of Remote Play don't extend to outside the game, so don't worry. Steam Store Page: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1910240/The_Finnish_War/

Thanks!! Release (for my first game) went well. Still waiting to release on Gamejolt but its available on itchio and Steam already. Yeah, I noticed similarily, we had a similar release timing with other RTS familiar to me here at TigSource... congrats for all of them too...

But if you release the game on steam don't you want to build up wishlists first? Releasing a game without a minimum wishlist base is very risky.
Hey! And thank you! 18 Mar 2022 is the Steam release date. So a month from now. Will release elsewhere first (itch.io, gamejolt...). I'm also new to releasing in Steam so alongside the fact that there's time to build up a wishlist, Steamworks is all done in good time. Hey, how did the release go? Went pretty well, better than expected for a first-timer commercial game, especially not being of a mainstream genre or theme either. Wishlist grew steadily by the weeks up until release and to this day. How's Chromosome Evil doing? WOW, it's gotten much attention though!

On my game I am also happy with the results, I posted all details on Tigsource
I think I couldve started marketing earlier. In the channels where the game ultimately got the most attention, especially, to build a more stable following prior to release. Got to remember with next projects, in fact, Ive already done that with Sotidrokhima, tried building more of a wider following early on. Also got to upkeep steadier posting about the game postrelease as well.
