For an upcoming new game project which will start in
July 2020, we're searching for someone to support us with planning of in-game loops, monetization dynamics, and optimizing for marketing on mobile platforms. The work will be required in two separate batches, in the course of
July 2020 and
August/September 2020. (a total of 160 hours for the project).
We aim for an overall comic art style (think Overcooked). Here is some early concept art of the game:
Requirements:
* You are a skilled game designer who is skilled in iterating, balancing and tuning gameplay features
* You have experience in mobile games and how to seamlessly integrate monetization features so that the gameplay and fun of the player is not interupted
* You are good in creating game experiences so that the players are motivated to return to the game
* You are able to give us honest feedback and tell if our concept sucks
* You are able to stick to the deadlines that you commited to
* You are a Team Player
