Hey thanks I have refined my question with more details about what I am looking for.
Machinarium could help but I am more looking for something with a platformer feel for now, without perspective I guess...Not very clear I know, so I guess there aren't any wrong answers !
Have any ideas ?

That would depend on how you plan to move your character across the platforms, being a platformer and a mechanic of point and click, Why is better than just use a keyboard key? You say strategy as well, all that is a triple acombiantion im not really familiar ejjej.
Side scrolling strategy game platform i would say WORMS and games that style.

Alice in Wonderland for the Nintendo DS is a side scrolling puzzle, kind of action-y platformer where you control the character with the stylus. I wonder if it fits your criteria.

I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but MegaManRL comes to mind -- a turn-based "platformer": http://www.roguebasin.com/index.php?title=MegamanRL
