I just tried this game, "Sonic 3D in 2D" which is a demake of one of the early 3d sonic games into 2d. Some of the levels were a bit confusing and I ran into a glitch where I couldn't speed up fast enough. Otherwise its a good game. The art and music are really on the mark. If you run into speed glitches there is a bug fix on the game page.
