Hello, I am looking for an anime-style artist to make character portrait art for my game. I am looking specifically for someone who can draw different races and diverse facial structures. An example of what I am looking for can be seen below:

To clarify: I am not looking for these specific artstyles. I am looking for a wide range of facial structure and race diversity whilst maintaining an anime aesthetic.

Information of the game:
The game is a short 2-4 hour 2D twitch-reflex game with wacky characters in a simple but abstract art style. The anime-style mode is optional.
Payment Method: Fixed Payment, 25% upfront, 75% upon completion
Work Ownership: All rights to the work produced shall be transferred to contractor.
