Similar to games like Ace Attorney, Undertale, Animal Crossing (but without the complex alphabet system. Just looking for singular repeating sounds)

I'd like someone who has experience with this type of audio specifically. (That is: repeating sound that comes out when characters speak. The sound should be different per character.) Must also be able to make other kinds of sound effects, particularly cartoony sounding ones (such as comical bounces, zooms and shaking). Also looking for different kinds of sounds for projectile collisions.
