Looking for a pixel artist - Robo Football League

I'm looking for someone interested in making pixel art for a sports app. This isn't for a playable game per se, but for an automated - online esports league (Robo Football League). Fans can pick their favorite team and watch games 24 hours a day. Every single state in the US, and DC and Puerto Rico, has a team! Each play is determined by the last Ethereum block in the block chain.

The players are currently 24x24 sprites and right now there is no animation, just sprite translations. The working prototype is here:
