wanna collect some high-quality solid mobile games

I work for a gaming company and we have both gaming development and publishment services, I wonder if there is any community or online groups that provide a platform which we can share some gaming industry information or find some chances for cooperation and business?
In a word, we wanna buy some great mobile games or build up a long-term cooperation relationship with some mobile game develop team, the price is very very open to talk, but I do not have any methods and ways to find the right develop team who has mobile game products to sell.
