I'm looking to put together an RPG demo in the next few months!

And I'd like to step up the visuals for my next one: Enter You!

I'm ideally looking for someone who can do 16 bit SNES style well, think Earthbound, Final Fantasy, Secret of Mana, etc.
I'm not limited to this but this is a good idea of the quality/look I'm going for!

The work is paid out of my pocket at the moment so it helps if you can provide me as much detail about your rates as possible!
