New Enemy: The laser guard. Shoots projectiles that you can avoid, generally not a priority target but can become overwhelming when there is a lot of them in the field!

I love that thundering sound and exaggerated recoil. Even from the video, you can really feel the shots and hits. I think such effects don’t only look good, but are an important gameplay element as feedback mechanisms.
