I'm feeling stuck right now in college and I need to find a way to make some money from game-dev(that's the best thing I know how to do). I live in a poor country soo even 100$ a month would be enough.

Perhaps look at doing contract work on Fiverr or some other outsourcing site. That will take time to build up, but would be worth the investment in time.  The other thing to look at is look at getting a part time programming job if that’s possible.

You could create courses around the engine, tools and processes you use?

Depends on your skills, I usually do for extra income:
- art packs on itch.io for sale
- marketing/PR services

Other passive-income can be generated from:
- monetize your Youtube channel
- make a Patreon
- offer your programming skills in exchange for money (check topic for hire on game dev Discords- Unity forums- UE4 forums and Tigsource forums)
- sell source code from past games you made
- make a Kickstarter
- video chat (lol)
- make some small games that can be sold fast(note that good games can generate income for a long time)
- create online lectures

Hope this helps
