Highway Temptation is a simple "game" to play. You have two controls: the D key, and the left mouse button. Use D to move the car to the right; there is no reverse. Use the left mouse button to interact with the signs; there is one sign in the main game, and two signs in the menus appearing when you win or lose. That's all there is to it.
