We're looking for an experienced sound designer to join the Gestalt: Steam & Cinder team for the next few months! Gestalt is a steampunk, JRPG-inspired metroidvania game, releasing on Steam, GOG, and consoles. See our Twitter (

Requirements:- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience designing sounds on platformer, action/adventure, or JRPG-style titles.
- Must have experience directly implementing sounds in the Unity game engine (we use Master Audio).
- Must be able to work quickly, and under tight deadlines.
- Must be able to start immediately (or within 1-2 weeks max).
- Responsive to feedback and timely communication via email and/or Discord.
Recommended:- Experience with industrial, mechanical, robotic, and/or steampunk SFX.
- Experience on at least one published game.
- Basic Unity C# scripting skills (for sound implementation).
- Passion for action/adventure and JRPG-style games.
