A small suggestion, I would add deflect projectile on block so it gives a bit more flare.

As soon as I get my steam deck back (it's being repaired), and get itch.io set up, I'll see if the proton emulation can handle your game

Steam Deck can run itch.io? i.e. the client app that auto updates games? How hard is that to set up?

(Would make me covet having a Steam deck that much more)

I'm sure there are third party clients that are steam-deck specific. It really helps that it is basically a PC but with a single spec to target like a console - lots of gamer programmers who write dedicated software for it

Even if not, it has a desktop mode where it's just a Linux desktop running KDE, so anything that works on that kind of Linux desktop runs there.

I just played the first level and my impression was super positive! Love the overall feel and the level design was solid. Looking forward to seeing what happens when I level up some of those stats. 

I'll try to play through soon and give my thoughts! Definitely has a bit of Wonder Boy vibe.

-Fixed broken treasures and gift sequences.

-Fixed Seaside Boss so that player stats are accurate.

-Adjusted some fruits that were unattainable.

-Adjusted shop prices.
