My latest flash game Robot Reaction has been released over on Newgrounds.  I had wanted to do a chain reaction genre game for awhile now so I've been playing a bunch of various classics as well as new ones in the attempt to put my own unique spin and twists on it.  I've thrown in a good bit of wario-ware 5 second game play as well as a nice robot wrapper for fun.  I'm always looking for a good excuse to draw sci-fi backgrounds and robot sprites afterall.. Wink

GAME DESCRIPTION:

Try to blow up as many robots as you can in 10 fast paced rounds. 6 different robot types which explode in different ways.

Play Robot Reaction here on Newgrounds.

UPDATE: The game got a Newgrounds Daily Second Place award on July 12th and Newgrounds Featured Game on July 13th so that is very encouraging.

FEEDBACK STILL WELCOME:  (Even though the horse has left the barn..)

I spent the past 3 days cooking this game up and playing the heck out of it.  I released it last night to get some constructive feedback that I can use to improve both it and any derivative projects in this genre.  I wanted to try and balance the luck like nature of casino games with the strategy like nature of chain reaction games.  I'm not sure the balance is perfect yet so everyone's feedback is quite valuable.  I look forward to your thoughts pro or con about my game.

Best regards,
Dave Evans
