It's actually a mini game within the game that is seen in the second screenshot. I know because I have played it myself. Blowing up golf carts with exploding golf balls is reasonably entertaining. Also, Bad Mojo is about the fucking creepiest game ever. It's got just about the perfect amount of ambiance and weird to make it just about the scariest thing ever. Gave me nightmares

Here are some more (Yes that's an actual game) and Though this game has been the butt of so many jokes on the internet, but I have played the original arcade version and it is totally awesome. The mo-cap looks ten times worse in motion, which makes the game ten times better.
