I have an arcade game on play store .And I am thinking about turning off ads till i gain some amount of users . Then i will turn it on . Or for example i will users if you make review ads will turn off  Smiley what you think ?

This is a cheap monetization move that is probably going to work in the very short term and you risk losing fans and getting a negative reputation. Just make a good game and it will be fine
