One More Dungeon 2 is a first-person shooter roguelike with procedurally generated levels and a variety of enemies.

Game Features
  • Procedurally-generated levels combined with handcrafted locations.
  • Boss fights and exploration of parallel worlds.
  • Five different regions, each with a unique set of enemies.
  • A wide arsenal of magic staves, melee weapons, and ancient relics.

ABOUT THE GAME

After a whole day's journey through the forest, you stopped for a spell and were about to lie down to sleep, when suddenly shadows appeared from the darkness and pounced on you!
You wake up in the ruins of an ancient fortress, held captive by giant sentient snails. In exchange for your life, their leader demands that you descend into the ancient dungeon's depths and destroy the creature that has settled there. It looks like you have no choice but to obey. At least for now…

One More Dungeon 2 is a first-person roguelike-shooter in a fantasy setting. As a nameless adventure seeker, you venture into an ancient dungeon full of secrets, traps, and hostile creatures. Use a wide arsenal of magic staves, melee weapons, and forbidden artifacts to fight your way through the crowds of enemies and make it out alive!

Update 0.4
Changelog:
  • A lot of new items.
  • New class - Rogue. You move silently. If your enemy doesn't see you, your Dagger attack deals triple damage.
  • Recipes for items in the Hub location.
  • New special rooms.
  • New enemies.
  • New types of weapons - Daggers, Throwing Knives.
  • New locations in the Dark World.
  • New negative effect - Frozen.
  • Lots of minor fixes and improvements.

As for the next update, we plan to add the following to it:
  • The fourth level of the dungeon.
  • Shields.
  • New class.
  • Gamepad support.
  • Improve the combat system.
  • New enemies, items, interactive objects, special rooms.

Looks fantastic. Like Sea of Thieves without the sea.

It would be interesting to read about the implementation process: what engine/technologies you're using, what kind of issues you have to deal with, how the audiovisuals have developed over time etc. I bet that you have plenty of good stories to tell.

Changelog:
  • Fourth dungeon area.
  • Shields.
  • New class - Paladin.
  • Gamepad support (with aim assist).
  • Few slots for saves.
  • You can now ignite and push Explosive Barrels.
  • New options. For example - you can turn on a minimap.
  • Volumetric Fog.
  • Improved performance in dungeons (~20%).
  • Improved user interface.
  • New enemies and special rooms.
  • Many other changes.
  • Improved combat system.
  • Enemy actions can be interrupted.
  • Mana was renamed to Energy. Now it's also used for Strong Attack and Blocking with a Shield.
  • New fight animations.
  • New hit and death effects for enemies.
  • Improved enemy behavior.

Unfortunately, right now, we don't have enough time to describe the process.

Game engine - Unity.
Graphics creation tools - 3D Max, Z-Brush, Substance Painter and Photoshop.

  • A system for gaining experience and leveling up a character has been added.
  • The hub has been completely redesigned.
  • New class - Warlock.
  • Added a fourth boss.
  • The inventory screen has been redesigned.
  • New special rooms and interactive objects.
  • Now you can purchase insurance before the boss battle.
  • Several new items.
  • Lots of small changes and fixes.

Update 0.7
 First of all, I am happy to announce that we are now actively working on the final version of the game and plan to release it this summer. But before that, we decided to release this small update.

 Main changes:
  • Many new locations in the Parallel World and reworked old ones.
  • Dungeon levels now have bugs crawling around. Crush them to increase your Rage or get gold.
  • New chest - with crystals of Exp.
  • Some game screens have been redesigned.
  • Added several new items and changed some existing ones.
  • Now you can delete saves and turn off the camera animation when hitting.
  • Lots of small improvements and fixes.

Release date and price increase information
Hi!
Some news about the release date of One More Dungeon 2.
The game will leave Early Access on September 19th.
We also plan to raise the price of the game a week after leaving early access.
In the meantime, you can check out the new traile.

Today our game is leaving Steam Early Access.
