Hello, we are an indie game studio (Runic Anvil) made up of two friends. We've been working in the industry as freelancers for several years, during which time we've created various prototypes, jam games, and even worked on commercial games. For 4 months we have been working tirelessly on shaping our first project as a studio, a metroidvania fantasy adventure. We are currently an artist/animator, and a composer/sound designer...so we are on the hunt for the missing piece: a programmer. We did not want to post looking for a partner without first showing that we are serious, committed and competent people in our respective work sections. So before you continue reading, we leave you with some short videos that show mockups of some of the many assets that we have prepared (art and sound)

What we show is just a small sample of everything we already have prepared. Clarify that at the moment we have all the material possible to build a full demo, we are even a little more advanced perhaps. So, the person willing to join the team as a programmer should be able to start working with everything necessary to carry out their work.

This is not a paid job, at least not yet. In our case we have worked without compensation until now, but our goal is to put together a demo and then seek crowfunding.

This is not a jam project, this is a project for a commercial game. Therefore, we are looking for a responsible and committed person with programming knowledge, who has a certain level of demonstrable experience (portfolio, resume or links to videos with gameplays of prototypes or previous projects in which they have worked would be helpful). Have teamwork and good communication skills. As an engine our preference is to create the game in unity. If you have knowledge or skills for level design it would be a bonus, but it is not necessary, since we can work on this section together.

The Spanish language to communicate is a mandatory requirement to opt for the position.
