Game Boost is looking for 2-3 Gameplay programmers for remote contract work at a Swedish game studio making a AAA 3rd person co-op shooter in a proprietary (heavily modded Stingray) engine.
start: asap
Duration: 6 month full time
Remote:ok as long as you can join the core work hours: 10am-3pm cet
What you’ll do:
work closely with the other programmers and designers on the team to implement features and mechanics in the game and create a kickass game together!
What you have:
Excellent C and C++ skills;
Experience with multiplayer game programming, ideally in a peer-to-peer environment;
Familiarity of game technologies such as physics, animation, artificial intelligence
Understanding of 3D math foundation in linear algebra, vectors and matrices
Experience working in a bigger team (20+ people) and/or a complex codebase
Interest in any of the following areas is a plus:
AI (enemies)
Network
Game design
VO/Audio triggers (implement audio triggers on the gameplay side)
Procedural world generation
