  • Server / Back-End experience
  • Passion for RPG's / MMO's
  • Console development experience a huge plus

Perks
In addition to your salary, we offer a lucrative bonus and gain sharing program, along with medical, dental, and vision with employer contributions to boot.   In addition, we are in the final stages of setting up a company wide 401k plan for all eligible employees.   You will have a generous holiday schedule and a very flexible and generous PTO schedule.

If you choose to work out of the office - you will be offered various treats from breakfast options, to afternoon snacks, as well as your fill of beverages from coffee and waters, to sodas.

Ridiculous will provide you with all necessary development equipment.

Note
Qualified candidates will need to pass a basic background check which is performed via Accurate Background.

In addition, upon acceptance of a job offer, you will be required to visit our office, at the company's expense, to on board you onto the project.   While the basics can be covered in a few days  - you can spend as much time as you wish, but we suggest the more time the better during the critical stage of on boarding.

Should you choose to relocate we would assist in such matters as well.
