I'm back with another DevLog.

I'm making a Low-Poly 3D Dungeon-crawler built on the foundation of my game Diorama Dungeoncrawl.  Think of it as a self-contained Adventure Module.  The game is inspired by Old-school ADnD Dungeon Modules and 90s anime OVAs.  It's called...

TOMB OF THE DEVOURER
Out Now!

The game is actually fairly far along in development.  I've been working to generalize my Diorama Dungeoncrawl base to make rapid development of this sort of self-contained module a quicker process, so this is acting partially as a test to see how quickly I can make something like this.

Here are some images of the game in progress.

Something I really wanted to lean into with this dungeon are traps.

We've got moving walls

crumbling floors

and a room filling up with sand

Hi! I just repeat what others say, art is very nice and total indie. Gentleman Also what's interesting is your development approach described in your first post. That you build on foundation laid by your previous project and try to maximize your effectivity in making new project on it. I like it. If your previous project is well written (no spaghetti code), then yeah, this can help a lot in terms of dev time of new project.

The game is now (mostly) content complete.  Most of what is left involves polishing, tweaking, bug fixing, etc... I want to take my time with all of that though, both to get the game itself as polished as I can, but also because I plan to make more standalone games built on this foundation and eventually bundle them as an anthology on Steam (I plan to release the individual games on Itch), so I want to make sure that foundation is strong.
