Need visuals artists and UI/UX help to finish our games

Hi

We are a small team of dev working on a strategy MMO, like War Planet Online or Imperia Online.

The games features wise is mostly complete and work well. However there is 2 sections of the games that need improvement before we can release it.

1. UI/UX: We need someone that can either finish the UI using the actual look or redo a new one, and also do a good UX analysis/improvement, the current UI has mostly been done to be functional, not nice or user intuitive.

2. Graphics: We need someone that will give a good look to the game, set the ambiance, and complete the missing visual for the games both in 3D-2D.
