It's such a shame. The man was a goddamn hero. I remember when I was little, growing up in these god blessed Federated States of America hearing stories the news of him being captured by armies led by resurrected World War 2 dictators.
Him and Spencer, man those guys were heroes. But soon Spencer began to take the spotlight, and you'd hear less and less about Super Joe. Now they say that Spencer saved us all from the Imperials and zombie Hitler and that Super Joe was just some guy who got captured. It's a bunch of bullcrap.
Needless to say, since then his public image hasn't been the same. It's really no wonder how he went from decorated war hero to just some guy being kicked around on the internet in some forum. Then again, perhaps it's just like they say, the bigger they are, the harder they fall.
But I don't care what people think. The man is still a hero in my eyes. Without him, most of you would probably be dead or speaking German.

Yeah, and you have Joe to thank for it. Think about that for a second, being dead and speaking German. I don't know about you, but that would really suck. That's why it's such a shame that people don't appreciate guys like Joe anymore like they used to. In fact, the other day I heard that they locked up Spencer and chopped his arm off just because they thought he didn't have any use for it. The man fucking blew up Hitler! What more reason do these people need? All these people with their "bring the troops" home and all that crap. I swear, nobody knows what a war hero is anymore these days. Super Joe, if you're out there buddy, stay strong. The public may not appreciate your efforts or the efforts of anyone who fought to save their asses, but I do. Please man, don't do anything stupid just because a bunch of punks on a forum don't give a damn about you. You're still a goddamn hero, and no matter what people say, nothing can ever change that. |
