Hows it going, Everyone?

I am an solodev working on a hand drawn beat em up called, “Dynamite Flare”. The game itself is inspired by classic beat em ups( like Battletoads and Streets of Rage) with inspiration taking from Saturday Morning Cartoons(Ren and Stimpy, Looney Tunes, Popeye,etc)

I am looking to commission 17-21 full length tracks(almost all loop able) and being approx 1-2 mins long. Here is the reference sheet as to what I want the game's music to sound like:
