I'm fairly sure his sexual orientation has little to do with the question at hand (unless I misread what you meant), and you fail to realize the fact that to wear something like that in these days is a clear sign of lunacy. God only knows what that guy keep on that teapot. Could be poison, even acid. And the hat? Perfect place to hide a rabid cat who'll be more than happy to rake your face off.
