Hey guys,

Finally I'm able to release my first-ever-finished game project called "ThriceBall". I'm going to copy the introduction text from my little project page:

Quote
Thriceball is a mix of Ballance and miniature golf. It neither has beautiful graphics nor loads of content, but is nonetheless a finished, polished game which can be extended at any time. It could also help some OGRE/PhysX beginners like me, therefore I included the full sourcecode, too.

Video:

or in slightly better quality as download: http://www.anteevy.de/files/thriceball_colors.wmv

Known Issues:
- some problems with the Direct3D mode (game won't start) and heavy lag in OpenGL on few PCs
- direction arrow sometimes hidden by level mesh
- physics could be awkward if FPS drop far below 60 (which shouldn't be the case)

Download the current version on the project page:
http://thriceball.anteevy.de/

Have fun!

nice work.  Smiley
as you already mentioned inspired by he great ballance!
so i played thriceball and got to the 2 level...

but even after several trys i couldnt manage to get pass this grade shown in the picture.
also found it kinda confusing at first with the menu...
that you have to "leave" the game to get to the next level.

Sorry, where is your problem there?

And you are right about the menu, that's not a good solution. But I didn't want to spend hours and hours creating menu graphics I would be pleased with, so I thought I just integrate the highscore into the config application. And starting the game is quick, so I though that's not a big problem. Could be better though, yeah.

either the shot is too strong or too weak.
