I wrote this a few hours ago to help someone understand how to make a simple maze game in FreePascal. I plan to write a game development introduction tutorial in FreePascal for people who have very little idea on programming, but in the meanwhile here is the code (and a Linux/x86 binary). It's self explanatory (if you know a little pascal) and only 117 lines of code. It's very easy to add new features so people can use it as a base for maze games.

And at this point i would like to encourage more people to use FreePascal, especially for text games, since both the compiler and the library are uberportable and available in many many platforms.

Yay, thanks!  More game-making tutorials are always welcome.

I like your wallpaper, too. Wink
