Yeah, it is for the chomputer. In fact, that was one of the first features I put in the game.  Wink

There may even be a mac port. Maybe. If I can get it to work. I'm also considering making one of my friends do it, which seems like a better and less boring option for me.

I really like how this looks like it is going to be more than just another platformer. Keep it up!

I'm impressed by the graphical style, though the tiles seem like they could do with some variation (not that you guys don't already have plenty of graphical assets to do) - there's something about their uniformity/squareness that seems to grate with the richness of detail I see elsewhere.

I remember thinking it would be cool if Beat (the bird from Megaman) could help you fly or hover for a bit, unfortunately I don't think they ever allowed him to do that.

Jazz Jackrabbit 2 is a platformer where you can get a cool bird companion.

Incidentally, this looks amazing! You'd better release it one day.

I have found a couple mistakes from watching that clip actually. A couple of the tiles are out of place including the ones in the still with that green blob guy. There is also a bigger glitch that I discovered first by watching this and I'm surprised nobody has pointed it out yet because I can't not see it every time I watch it. Can anybody else spot it?

I was thinking the z-order of the big worm--its back is drawn in front of the tiles and its belly is drawn behind. I wouldn't have noticed if you hadn't gotten me looking for it, though.

The story for this is the main thing that stood out for me.  It is unique and sounds like an awesome idea for a game Smiley  This is shaping up to be the next Cave Story if you ask me.

Thanks for all the encouragement guys!

Yeah that flipping glitch is what I was talking about. I wasn't even aware of it until I recorded and watched the gif in a browser, since it is at a much lower frame rate. I thought maybe people couldn't really see it since no one mentioned it but I guess I was wrong! Haha doesn't really matter since I will be fixing it anyways.
