This Cat Is Horseshit is an Real Time Action Strategy Arcade Pet Simulator for Windows.  It was originally created for the Something Awful game development competition, but this is a new version with additional features.

In the game, you are tasked with taking care of the devil's cat.  You must keep the devil's house in good condition and make sure the cat is fed, healthy, and not on fire by the end.

i played this when it was on SA all those months back and it owned; it reminded me a bit of pacman 2: the new adventures mixed with a stupid cat.
