enter to start a new game after playing

lmb slashes, and makes you fly, you have to kill enemies when they are not on the ground, and make huge combos without landing.
killing gives you another slash in mid air
falling hard on the ground launches enemies up

scores aren't saved yet, will make that sometime in the future
