Or Dry Point.
In any case:
Shooting + Gambling
You have one gun that can do anything. The only problem is, it randomizes the ammo each time it reloads. Push your luck and use your ammo in the most strategic way possible to make it out alive.

Gamblin' + Survial Horror
You win it big at the Mafia run casino. To your suprise the mobsters don't want to beat you up and take it all back. In fact they just smile.
But you just can't seem to open the door and get out...and the unlucky losers that litter the casino are after your cash!
The longer you walk around the casino, playing the games and running from drunks, the darker the casino becomes and...was there a door there last time I was in this room? And why do I keep winning at the slots?

I think this thread is one of the better things to happen this year. I would play the hell outta this game right here, and most of the others, too. Dance/Rhythm + Massively Multiplayer + Roguelike, why not?A giant dance-off on a randomly generated dance floor. Disco your way to victory, or do some inexplicable moshing and kill people. Permanently. Dragons sometimes fly in and kill everyone for no reason.

Dancing Game + Platformer Get through the level by tapping the arrows in the right order to the 'beat' of the stage, DOWNUPUPDOWN means JUMP, LEFTRIGHTLEFTRIGHT means RUN, DOWNUPDOWNDOWN means GROUND POUND, LEFTLEFTRIGHTRIGHT means GRAB, etc.

Imagine an MMO where 3-5 of the players were the band. They played in a very Guitar Hero/Rock Band-like way, trying to match button presses to the conveyer coming at them, etc.
Then you have the players at the bottom. Their goal is to mosh the best they can. The better you play, the higher their 'adrenaline' stat goes, and the more havoc they can wreak. Killing other players gives you more adrenaline, and the player with the most adrenaline at the end of the song, along with the band member that played the song the best win. Dead players are dead until the next song, all they can do from the point is spectate in a "ghost mode", where their only real action is that they can nudge moshing players, perhaps causing casualties.

I will take the last one to be MMO;
MMO + RTS
A huge world where everyone commands cities, and they can attack, ally with, or trade with other nearby cities; taking over cities is common, and results in your 'city' growing into a 'region', and you gain control of the captured city. The player who lost their 'city' has suffered the equivalent of a game over, and now gets another city to start again with. Eventually, dominant countries and such would start appearing, and minor regions would still be popping up, but sometimes in the 'region' of a country... this leads to them having the choice of being just another city for the country, and being ultimately more successful on average, or seceding and struggling to survive alone, with far more risk but potentially more gain. Coups can be planned by multiple smaller countries, and larger countries can get into large scale wars and such.

RTS + match 3.
A real-time strategy game in which your base can only produce weedy little soldiers, but they come in four different (randomly assigned) colours. Combine three of the same colour to have them turn into a vehicle, type depending on colour.
red = tank blue = artillery green = helicopter yellow = personnel carrier
Combine one vehicle of each type to produce a giant robot or something.
Piss off your opponent by repeatedly killing the one weedy soldier he's been waiting for in order to build his giant robot.

Well, we seem to have made it back to Match3, which is where this thread started. So here's another pitch to continue the fire:
Match3 + Turn-based RPG Battle
You have your typical color-elements, like White, Black, Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, and every character in the game has an innate element color (think Chrono Cross). Your innate color is what your specialty color is, although you probably can perform others as well, but with lower performance.
-Regarding the turn-based system, it's probably similar to most RPGs out there: Whoever has the fastest speed goes first and there would probably be some indication of who is up next and who is up after that and so on.
-Adding the Match3 element: Every action taken in each turn has a color associated with it (whether it's a normal attack, Lv.1 skill, or even using an item), except for skipping your turn, which changes the order of who comes next and stuff, which would be useful for getting your characters to go after one another.
Every time an action of the same color is performed twice in a row, it's called a "chain". The goal is to obviously, Match 3 in a row of the same colored action, which gives you a chance to perform an extra "Level X skill", where X is the number of chains that were linked before completing the 3-in-a-row. So speaking in Final Fantasy terms, if you wanted to perform an Ultima (let's say it's a Level 6 skill) you'll need to chain 6 times before completing the link, which requires careful planning and thinking, whereas performing a normal fire magic (let's say a Level 2 skill) just requires two chains before completing the link.
So, things like "MP" won't exist in this system, just simply, chaining actions will allow you to perform "magic" or "skills". Obviously you have to watch out for enemies completing the link and performing their "magic" and "skills" as well.

Turn-based RPG battle + business simulation.
FINANCE FANTASY: Hostile Takeover
Form your party from a variety of character classes such as lawyers, accountants and managers, then go head-to-head with your business rivals in a variety of exotic (and low tax) meeting locations, from Hong Kong to the Cayman Islands!
Start as an intern, level up to CEO! Specialise in combat skills such as forensic accountancy, cross-border litigation, contract and IP law! Bribe local officials! Master special moves such as the Injunctor, or the Asset-Freeze Ray! Take on the Russian Mob!
Actually, I bet you can already get something exactly like this in Japan.

Survival Horror + Match 3
You are in possession of an occult suitcase which serves as your inventory for the game. This works similarly to the inventory system in Diablo, in that different items have different shapes and sizes. However, what you don't know at first is that lining up items in certain configurations within the suitcase will have mysterious effects. Many of the effects are negative, such as summoning a monster or transporting you to a dungeon dimension. Others are beneficial, such as healing your wounds. In either case, the items involved in the configuration are consumed by the suitcase when the power activates.
You must learn through trial and error how to use the suitcase to your advantage, while avoiding unwanted configurations. This becomes more and more difficult the more items you have in the suitcase. Even a 'good' spell could be bad for you if it consumes an important item. Any item can be lost in this manner, even those which are unique and plot-important. To retrieve lost items, you must contact the guardian of limbo, who will return them, but never without exacting a harsh price.
What's most daunting about the game is that none of this is explained to in detail, though it may be hinted at in vague and general terms. Your accumulated knowledge of the suitcase's workings is the only thing you can rely on as you navigate the dark, surreal environments in which the game takes place.
The ultimate goal of the game is to discover the nature of the 'Full Set' - a configuration so complex that it fills up the entire suitcase. It is said that he who completes the Full Set will be granted eternal life...

7th Guest? Board Game + FighterIt would be chess, but when you're eating a piece, it switches to a street fighter style fighter and you get to duke it out with the two pieces. The pieces could be handicapped based on their value in the game (pawns would be weaker, etc).

Hell yes, I'd play that. I want to see some mockups. Adding a nondeterministic element to normal chess could change the whole strategy in an interesting way. Anyway, my turn: Fighter + Flight Sim: LET'S ROLL! - United 93: The Game. Actually, that's in pretty poor taste, even by TIGsource standards, so instead I bring you: Fighter + City Simulator: BATTLE MAYOR!Build and manage a city, just like Sim City, except when the crime rate gets too bad you have the option to take to the streets and dish out some old-fashioned justice. There was a news story recently here in London in which our comedy mayor Mr Johnston saved a woman from a gang of "youths" by chasing them off on his bicycle, so obviously some cycling would have to be involved, too
