Wee!

The first line of the character is moving up and down. The second is moving right. And the one below it is moving left. Next to it is a TOTALLY RAD TILESET with grass, water, dirt, snow, wood, ice, fancy looking rug parts, stone tile, and RAINBOWS.



UPDATE: Attempted a 3x3 font, I think it came out alright.

Now this is a very good example of why the built-in level editor in Game Maker really needs a zoom function.

I'd love to see some mockups made with these graphics.

Part 1 has been over for a while. I think it'd be safer to just let the poor little guys fight things 100x their size.
