I'm completely stuck on The Great Bat Tango. I'm guessing you might have to jump over either the 1st or last sets of bats, but it seems impossible.

The checkpoints are unforgiving. Ugh. It should save every screen! Sad

The first stage that really pissed me off was Pussy!, mainly because when things like this happened, I had to play through it again, and again, and again.

I didn't get much further than that, because I pressed escape, trying to exit the full screen mode. This of course took me back to the start screen and I was too pissed off to re-play all the rooms. But otherwise, it's a really enjoyable game, in a perverted, masochistic kind of way.

It seems like the first platformer with realistic jumping  Shocked

edit: hahahahaahaha : D fuck them spiked mario flags : D

edit2: it was great, probably wouldn't have been nearly as much fun without the text uptop (which was what drove me to finish the game), also I didn't really find it all that hard.

At first the game ran in slow motion but using xp compatibility mode fixed that. (In windows 7 64-bit)

It was pretty fun. Challenging enough without being frustrating and short enough not to get repetitive. Pussy! was the only room I had trouble with.

Ok, I'm done. By the way, what's up with THE MURDER and THE SUICIDE? Is it possible to jump over the sword to get to the last chamber in THE MURDER? I only tried it twice, but died both times, or whatever it was that happened. I don't feel like playing it over and over again just to see if it is possible to jump over that damn sword.

B the way, the person who designed the three spike level, you suck. That damn stage almost gave me a heart attack. Sadistic bunch of devs, that's what you are.

Yeah, the first jump was impossible for me... I tried it and died many times with no hint of success. Hoping to slow the game down to a crawl in order to make it playable, I tried compatibility modes, starting with Windows 95 (I'm running Vista). The game seemed completely unchanged, but for some reason I could make the jump now, and I went on to complete the game (though it was still tricky, of course). I turned off compatibility mode when I beat it and I still failed the jump every time. I'm wondering what the hell this was... a bug?

Anyway, great game. Suggestions: checkpoint every screen, actually make it have a savefile.

Nah. What is it now? Every third room? That's enough for me. The only really frustrating room was the one with the three spike jump. The rest of them were two - three tries mostly. But those spikes ... Damn those spikes.

Yep I agree and that one thankfully had a checkpoint.
Was the long delay between retries intentional or a technical limitation?

Anyway I liked it a lot. It was concise, fun and not frustrating.

This game is good fun! Had everyone in the office crowded around my computer cheering me on. I concur about the 3 spike room, PUSSY! That room kicked me in the balls many times over, but I was driven to complete it.

I`m also curious about the ending. Got there twice but failed the jump over the sword each time. Anyone manage to get over it?

Also, I love the music. Two thumbs up!
