Those look great! They weren't broken images at all there, oh no. I like the dog serpent. I think more things should have dogs in them. :D Indeed they were not! Thanks, Pyregel. When I read your name I thought "Cosmetic product for flame elementals."

Man, don't think I've ever looked at penii and smiled so much. I'm ashamed to say I'm loving that downwards swimming serpent-schlong, I find myself quite drawn to it. A real beaut. Tell no-one I said that.

Concept art for Jetpack Brontosaurus. That island is very Neverhood-esque.

Christo. Long overdue dumpage. Body armor type stuff. Cute gelatin creatures for game idea. And a cameo. FINALLY got a dude in my life drawing workshop. Face concepts for character. Screaming barbarian. Totally random shit. Gorilla siege.

Oh yeah, and this. Less screamy, more Piratey barbarian. And his name is pronounced "Funmin", despite the dash. People have always told him how silly they think that is, which is why he's a raging uppercutist.

real art looks like the mona lisa or a halo poster and is about being old or having your wife die and sometimes the level goes in reverse

I really like the majority of it -- the cartoony sketches are awesome, and the life-drawings are really good -- but while the gesture is pretty awesome in the barbarian picture, it looks like the biceps are not quite in perspective and the head and neck are kind of at an awkward angle given that the shoulder is tilted back. I don't mean to be nit-picky, it's just something I noticed when I saw it. I only really noticed because the rest of the drawing is so spot on, and it looks a bit incongruous.

Fucking AWESOME! Thanks for all of that, dude.
I genuinely appreciate the nit picking, it helps. xoxo

So I totally did not mention at any point that if you have any criticisms, go for it. Lay it on me, don't even sugarcoat that shit. Posted this in the robot thread. Hot new hero. Yes, I love running poses. Haha!

So I totally did not mention at any point that if you have any criticisms, go for it. Lay it on me, don't even sugarcoat that shit. COOL STUFF MANS! This is more of a personal opinion of mine, but I would do something more like this in the color realm... I dont know, maybe this was the style you were going for, but here is my word! So-- your robot picture. RAD. So here are like the main colors of the robo fuck (HUNTER SAVAGE), right? It makes me sad that the hue slider doesn't move! Well, a little bit of it moves toward the blue but only by a pixel or two. I played around with it and made an incredibly lazy edit: If you sample those sweet colors, that slider bar moves, yayyayayy! And for your action beat-em-up platformer Ben Ruiz. Here are the skin tones: Aw poopy, no awesome hue sliding action on these colors... it just sorta kills the mood for me, and if you want to get with me, you better spice it up! Ugh, okay, so this is a terrible fucking edit-- but maybe it kinda shows what I mean? It's just that without adjusting the hue for the shades, it makes all that color fade out... but then again, both of these images have sort of a semi-saturated look, maybe that's what you're going for? I feel so dirty, criticizing the great Ben Ruiz... I love you.

Nonsense! Point taken and I appreciate it.
Next few I do I'll raise the contrast between the hues and we'll see it how it works out.

Also, this is totally a stylistic thing, but you might try increasing the saturation on darker colours and seeing how it looks. In real scenes, less lit areas also tend to be more saturated. It's kind of optional in cartoony renderings, though, if you're going for a more washed-out look.
I watched the Gnomon Workshop's "Practical Light and Colour" lecture recently: the lecturer is really boring, but he gives a lot of really great advice for colour choice and lighting. Unfortunately, the DVD is like $60, but you can steal it off the internet for free*.
* Which is a crime, and I would never, ever recommend it or do it myself. *ahem*

Crustacean stuff is amazing. Some of your stuff looks like Collossi from SotC -- very awesome. I hope you're getting rich at your job because your work is excellent.
