You know, for a second there I thought a voting thread had totally slipped by my watchful eyes. It is, in fact, over a year old.


Right, I'm pro this Tohou(sic) business, but you kids have to remember: it's a community made game. Seeing as it's pretty much been agreed that it's a good idea, the Fan-Folk should get together and figure out a nice move-list. And maybe a base-sprite. Use the other characters as an example. But pleading only goes so far, ey?

Gee, not so much Touhou in this game.

The Trilby series is the one that has got more love so far. And it will only have two characters and - MAYBE - a summon and a stage.

You're suggesting Touhou gets three main characters, three bosses (idk if we will have bosses in this game) and, apparently, more than one summons.

I'd go with Reimu playable and Marisa either playable or as a summon.

Your point is easy to understand, yet your statement about Trilby being more loved (not knowing if you're speaking in general or in the context of IB) than Touhou makes me wonder if you know just how crazy big it's fanbase is (http://safebooru.donmai.us/post?tags=touhou&searchDefault=Search shows you that, due to all the 60,000 pieces of fanart, yes it's quite a big deal).

Anyways, I think Shig's suggestions are about right- a Touhou-based playable character and maybe a summon would strike about the right balance. This is all assuming we get permission, of course.

Edmund: Meat Boy and Gish will be included, so no worries there. Alien Hominid and an N level still need permission. N wouldn't work as a playable character, though, because he's specifically described as a pacifist.
