I once did about 75% of my "Programming with Data Structures" major assignment drunk.  Mainly because I had left it till last minute and figured that there was no way I was gonna be able to go through another all-nighter sober without just taking the fail mark and going to bed.  It turned out to be the best mark I got the whole semester.
Needless to say; I didn't do amazingly well in that course
