1:1 paint size, will reduce in size and do a magenta mask / 1bit mask later

4 frame animation, kinda wonky atm. I'm thinking the arms should be separate, so he can do a shoot animation while running, standing, jumping. I have a damage frame too.

Is there anything else he needs to do? Maybe the jump should have an up and down frame?

Edit: Old image now. Treat it as a reference for arm/head placement (rough).

Yes, the jump should have an upward and downward frame! Can't wait for shooting animations, if you plan on making them.

This thing is ridiculously cute. I second that he could use some firing animations, or at least a flash of light on his front from the weapon firing.

I've already done that. I'm thinking of chopping off the head too, so he can be posed better. I have no clue how to animate that neck with just 4 frames of animation. There'll be some compression just after contact, then some after wobble. Ducking... I'm not sure how it'd work.

Actually it's based off jrhill's avatar, loosely. It began there anyways.

Head has been edited so it's slightly more coherent, with various angles being available.

The walk anim really could use 8 frames so I could do richer contact-passing stuff. The neck just wobbles all over the place now. Not sure if I have time though.

The sprawling legs at the bottom could be anything.



Maybe I should do an enemy? Edit: No, it's bedtime.

To use the sheet above you probably need to cut it up manually. If not, load, perhaps scale, grab, free mem. I really should have worked more on the animation, but I wont.
