It was no more patronising than was this:
I... what?

If by 'relevant' you mean 'congruent,' then yes, I guess so, but it isn't like horoscopes give you any new, useful information you didn't already have.

I don't mind being patronised too much, as long as the patroniser can take it, too. I didn't set out to patronise you. That being said, the "Looking good? Okay" bit was unnecessary. It was more sarcastic than it was patronising, but it sounded kinda petty nonetheless.

I think that art and design are separate disciplines. I think I said something to that effect (or at least something which hinted at that belief) at some point in my List, so I wouldn't apply it to art objects.

No, I'm not saying that they are as useful. I was just arguing that it isn't right to dismiss them as being completely irrelevant to the field of games design because they can be applied there. Somebody, or something, or perhaps a number of somebodies or -things had, earlier in the thread, dismissed them outright. I was responding to those posts, because, as I'm sure you've gathered, I don't think that you can (well, should) dismiss them outright.

So, uh... yes Huh?

That film is great. Odd, but great.

It was no more patronising than was this:

I was honestly just confused! It sounded to me like you were saying it was relevant, but it was also irrelevant at the same time.

However, confusion resolved.

Non-discriminative, interspecies hugs? Now this is my scene.

WE GET IT. YOU MADE A GAME.

In all seriousness, though, Lesbian Fish Ebert is basically the scariest thing I've seen all week.
