I'm so indie I went into space and it didn't cause me to have an epiphany to stop making games.
I'm so indie I take my hobbies more serious than anything else. In fact, I take them so serious I don't even enjoy them.
I'm so indie I live in my own biosphere, grow my own food, and breath air made out of molecules I designed myself with a hadron reconstructor made from sea shells and pine needles.

Does that make you indie, or just the professor from Gilligan's Island?

Bikes aren't art because you can use them to get places. Ever see someone try to get somewhere by riding a painting?

I don't need your acknowledgement to ascertain my indie status.

Haha, those Belmonts, they're such silly bastards.
Going around dark castles wrestling with vampires in the dead of night.
Haha.

Juste Belmont is so indie that he hauls around furniture he found in The Man's castle into one room (in the castle, again taking it to The Man as a form of insultery and heh take that) to make it an interior design masterpiece. Then he causes the castle to collapse and get sucked into oblivion with no regard for his masterpiece. Then he also gets a woman at the end.
