This game is amazing! Congratulations man!
All the implications made through the dynamics of the game are exquisite.
Besides the game, I'm glad you finally got into a real programming language

I found out that neurons on the subconsios try to get back out, but they tend do avoid red spots (where other neurons passed a short time before)
I guess you can get past the subconsious with an "enlightened" neuron orchestrating others to cover all possible areas so that the enlightened never returns.
But I couldn't make it!
Just a bit of feedback:
The enlightment of brain parts is really painful to the eye (even if it pulsates), it makes it really hard to keep track of where neurons end up, and I have to force my sight a lot.
When they're lit it's impossible to keep track. Is this intentional for some reason?
Best of luck with the game, it's really polished, gfx, sfx and music are awesome.
