Firing so many cannons at once caused the enemy ship to roll to port and aim too high, obviously. Good simulation.

We were just filming some stuff and my friend was trying to capture a close-up shot and this happened: Apparently we still had some colliders on the cameras and the character bounced against my friends camera...

I remember reading a story on Gamasutra from a dev who worked on an RTS game. They had a bug in their game where players could accidentally kill the camera when using a powerful bomb.

Yep, and the fix was to make the camera invincible and then increasing its HP like crazy just in case.
Cameras with hitboxes are not that uncommon, it's useful to make sure cameras don't go inside walls.
