Hi,

I'm looking for an expert designer to join our team. The candidate must be able to create designs upon request but also to create complete ideas and designs based on needs of the video game as it develops.

You must work on North-American hours since you must join daily meetings Monday to Friday on North-American time to review the work from the previous day. You will also have to join other calls during the week including: the planning for next week's work, review of the previous work week, video game demo of the week and improvement of the overall work during that week.

You must be very fast and able to create designs within same day or next day.

You will have to create game buttons, background images, propose different versions of each image you create using different styles and techniques so that we can choose which one we like best.

We are looking for someone with great English written and spoken, proactive, goal oriented. We use the Scrum methodology so if you are familiar with scrum management that is great but not a requirement.

I pay about $400 USD montly
