Hi,

Thought I'd post some mockups I've done for game ideas.
If You like the style in any of the examples, let me know.

Did a little simple mockup. I've been planning a top down game with a exploring/zombie theme.
the player starts in underground levels and must find the way through semi-random levels. Later some "open" terrain levels.
the goal is to take out zombies but carefully collect and manage supplies (ammo, food).

It could be slow-paced and "hidden" turn-based, so the game only moves when the player performs an action.

I'm working on a turn based strategy game at the moment, may be able to make a spin-off using the same code base and your art.

Readability can hardly be improved at this point. I like it a lot!
It looks like you're going the comics route, is that right? If not, lose the outlines and the flat panes of color.

You're probably working on it anyway, but possibly a curved shoreline/path would look better than straight diagonals. Also, depending on what you want, the mountains are not matching at all in scale and look more like "RPG overworld"-type stylizations. How about finding another natural barrier?

Got a bit nostalgic and did some tiles with an 8-bit feel (16 colours)
I had a small vision of a strategy/shooter...
