@J. R. Hill: It's been a while, thanks for including "that" [no spoilers]. Love it, made my morning! :D (I forgot to actually click "post", so ye, it is not morning anymore.) @gecko: Last score: 108000 I like how the green cobolds are so nice to always get in my shooting field! What's up with these "bad" presents though, what are they? Why do they hurt me? They look nice enough... edit: Ah, just looked at a screenshot! Timebombs, I guess? It's hard to make out while they are moving.

I have no idea what I want to make.
I don't simply want to shoehorn christmas theme into established gameplay concepts. But damnit.
I just don't know.

Thanks everyone! :D I hope my third game can live up to the hype of the first two I don't simply want to shoehorn christmas theme into established gameplay concepts.
Shoehorn established gameplay concepts into a Christmas theme.

...I've been having my ass kicked by this one mystery bug for a couple of days now AND I FIXED IT BY ACCIDENT?I need to go stare at a wall. EDIT:Okay here's a link to the game, basically you drag and aim Santa's hat (in the opposite direction) to fling him and help him navigate through the chimneys, trying to avoid the spikes. Every time you hit a wall, he sticks to it, you must try to get through the levels with as little moves as possible. I didn't have enough time to get sounds and music, so just hum "Jingle Bells" while you play. link: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/26635718/ChristmasGame.swf

C.D. : A work of art! Actually it'd be cool to see this polished, it would sell on mobile devices like HOTCAKES!
pbs : I can't win but I can avoid the tree FOREVER

Thanks for the feedback J.R, I'm glad you liked it.
Also, nice game PBS, seems appropriate for a challenge that involves making a game in only a day.

~ Prepare for Christmas ~ ---- Tips ---- Up/Down - Slide up and down to catch christmas presents Don't pick other than christmas presents Description:Lead a young female elf trough the santa's factory, where naughty elfs threw some random items from othe holidays among christmas presents. Christmas is near, and santa needs to be prepared but not without you saving the christmas presents! ----------------------------------------------------------------- 13th of December is here, my turn! :D It took me much less than a day. When I came home from work today I found out it's 13th the next day already so I quickly baked my pizza (lunch/dinner) and started to work - and it was aproximately 7 hours of sweat all together. Sadly, the game is downloadable and for PC only ( Linux users should find Wine useful though) but I still hope most of you will have at least a second of fun ^^ Happy upcoming christmas everyone!
