  • Finished hero choosing menu + upgrade system for passive skills. Each hero has 3 passive skills.
  • Finished making save data system. Now all progress saved and game can be balanced.
  • Made some localization packs.
  • Added new font ( can be seen in  skill info text )

Right now 2 heroes got abilities:
Paladin:
-Holy Strike
Damage bonus against undead.
-Holy Shield
Absorbes damage
-Resurrection
Little chance to resurrect after death.

Vampire:
-Blood draining
Steal health from enemies
-Sympathy for the undead
weakens enemies. But vampire can't fight well against undead mates (damage penalty for attacking undead)
-Batman
AOE skill that summons swarm of bats on enemies.

Interesting - really like the art - new bandit looks good. And gameplay looks intriguing too; I like the enemy-blocking-its-surrounding-squares idea, that's an interesting mechanic. Can't give much feedback on gameplay without a playable version obviously, but looks like things are coming along.

TADADADA!

Oh;-) Kinda important moment;-)

First of all I've made new showcase video that shows everything I've added in last 2 weeks. Menu, heroes with abilities and so on;-)

I've added initiative ( A person with bigger value of initiative attacks first.
Also I've added fire spirit It's an ally. When you open enemies you ca n click on this spirit and he will make AOE damage to all mobs. There will be more of different types of spirits.







And for all who wants to play demo version on your desktop:
PC version
macOS version

Also I made a group in facebook - link about game;-)

I'll be glad to hear any feedbacks: there isn't much balance in game right now.

Finished quest system. There will be 4 quest types in game:
-Rescue villagers
-Kill all monsters in dungeon
-Kill the boss
-Find an artefact

Also I've added two minigames :
- Blacksmith ( similar to fable minigame )
- Fishing ( similar to torchlight minigame )

In minigames player can earn some cash and sometimes add hp or increase attack rate.

At first, I was like "This game looks boring." Then... an hour later, I had both classes maxxed out in the demo and found myself sad there was no lvl 16+.

My only concerns game play wise is that I dont think gear should save to all characters... doing so may make the game too easy after you complete it with one character, also those traps and rogues seem a bit overpowered.

Exploits I found. Both dealt with the attack bonus item. Stacking multiples and it'll only remove the last one rather than the 2-5 you stacked. Better still, if you stack them all, then leave the level, they become permanent. Using this method I was able to get my attack on the wizard over 1500. (only shows 3 numbers but stacks higher)

You've got a really fun game though. It is very addicting!  Not sure how you are going to get people playing though.  Best of luck, I'd love to see this finished.

At first I was like where is my character, then I got it. The game is quite fun, reminds me of Desktop Dungeon (minus all the strategy in timing your move). Good luck with this

Tnx for your feedbacks! We've already fixed exploits and bugs and today I've finished working on gameplay part.
~ 1 december I'll show demo web version + send free version to appstore.

WOAHHOOO!;-) After ~4 months of developing we finally made it...well not quite as I thought and of course a lot of updates are coming but it's playable and soon will be on IOS devices.

Testing on pc, it's pretty fun! But i found some issues


The top part is cropped (maybe its because of my screensize? it wouldn't fit anyway)
And some times the dungeon doesn't start up. Like i start the game and the stair doesn't get created and i have to quit and restart. Also happens when changing levels which might be frustrating on later levels i think, i didn't get too far.
The stairs get created where i can't see because screen is cropped.

I think you're not going for a PC release, but if you do, maybe make it more horizontal? I think most screens work that way.

Also are the earlier levels supposed to be so hard? Sad I find it a bit unfair that the orcs hit me much more than i hit them, like click-click-click and only see myself getting hit is sad Sad

there are few issues with balance and I try to solve problem. The main struggle is that you become quite fast overpowered and there are no need to use magic scrolls and so on.

So I'll take few days to rebalance and redo character selection screen.


- ruby boost will be permanent on all characters, but you wil find them less often.

- you will upgrade hp, attack power and speed individually for each class for coins. Price will grow as you progress.

I dont see big need to add experience/level system. But I must admit that current idea need to be polished.

I don't have an Iphone unfortunately so I can't comment on the gameplay side of things, but I really like the way it looks from the screenshots. The graphics look nice and friendly and the buttons look very user friendly. My Dad has an Iphone so I'll see if I can get this installed on his phone and report back!
