Funnily enough, over here in Germany, we laugh about the poorly-translated and even more-badly-synchronised American ads and wish they'd send more locally-made ones.

Well, when I learned that Japanese TV WAS actually as spaztic as people say... well, you get the picture. But a lot of times we just make fun of our own.

We Americans have yearly TV specials dedicated to which commercials are the most entertaining. (Usually they turn out to be British.) I kinda find it disappointing, in a way. Plus, Japanese TV, like all things Japanese, is uniquely Japanese, and therefore batshit insane. And sometimes unintentionally racist.

Actually, in England, we always get a few horribly-dubbed ads imported from Germany and the Netherlands every month. It troubles me greatly.
